What happens when I am referred by my GP?

What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new ,Europe-wide law that replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. It is part of the wider package of reform to the data protection landscape that includes the Data Protection Bill.The GDPR sets out requirements for how organisations will need to handle personal data from 25th May 2018.

Training Practice

The practice has been ACCREDITED as a training practice since August 2019 and will be under the supervision of Dr Faraz Hussain our GP trainer. The students will receive personalised tuition from Dr Hussain who has had further training as an educationalist, as well as other members of the practice.

Test Results

Routine test results take approximately 5 working days to reach the surgery. To obtain the results of blood or urine tests you have had performed, please phone the surgery on 020 8440 7417 and ask for RESULTS between the 10:00 – 13:00 Monday -Friday

You will need to call the surgery for your results as you will not be routinely informed of these.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release by completing a Consent Form.
