Advice for travellers from China

Travellers from Wuhan and Hubei Province

If you have travelled from Wuhan or Hubei Province to the UK in the last 14 days you should immediately:

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu

  • call NHS 111 to inform them of your recent travel to the area

Please follow this advice even if you do not have symptoms of the virus.

Travellers from elsewhere in China

If you have travelled from elsewhere in China (but not Macao or Hong Kong) to the UK in the last 14 days and develop symptoms of cough, fever or shortness of breath, you should immediately:

  • stay indoors and avoid contact with other people as you would with the flu

  • call NHS 111 to inform them of your recent travel to the country

Please follow this advice even if your symptoms are minor.

What is GDPR?
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new ,Europe-wide law that replaces the Data Protection Act 1998 in the UK. Training Practice

The practice has been ACCREDITED as a training practice since August 2019 and will be under the supervision of Dr Faraz Hussain our GP trainer. The students will receive personalised tuition from Dr Hussain who has had further training as an educationalist, as well as other members of the practice.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
